  • RULES AND REGULATIONS
    • Fees MUST be paid in advance for the ensuing month. A non refundable registration fee of R50 is payable annually. Payments must be in no later than the 7th of each month or a 10% penalty will be added to your account. Little Mermaids retains the right to an annual increase in fees with one calendar month notice.
    • A ONE month written notice is required in the event that you are terminating or postponing lessons. Lessons cancelled by Little Mermaids will be credited or will be made up if arrangements have been made. Please be prompt for lessons as we have a schedule to maintain. Any person arriving late will only be allocated the remaining time for their lesson. If 10 minutes of your lesson has past, consider it forfeited.
    • Only proper swimwear may be worn during lessons. Swimming caps are compulsory.
    • Swimmer nappies are compulsory if your child is on nappy or potty training. Should your little one have an ‘oops’ and no prevention was taken i.e. no aqua tabs or huggies swimmers worn, you as parent will be held liable for the testing fee and if necessary the water consumed to drain and fill the pool again.
    • No running around the pool or on deck at any given time.
    • Do Not enter the water without the instructor’s permission.
    • No swimming at any given time without an instructor on deck.
    • No pushing, pulling, bumping or any playing around the pool area.
    • No smoking in the pool area. smoking in the pool area.
    • Respect fellow patrons by not being disruptive.
    • No chewing of bubblegum during lessons.
    • No heavy meals 20 minutes before swimming lesson and no eating during lessons.
    • No pictures or video recordings of any sort during lessons.
    • Respect instructors and fellow patrons at all times.
